THE POWER OF ONE
A working retreat built around reach, income, investing, and impact.
The 2026 Summit asked participants to turn three ambitious milestones—reaching one million people, generating the next $1 million in income, and growing the next $1 million in net worth—into a written plan. These were the event’s organizing goals, not promised participant results. Workshops and mentor conversations connected business growth with values, community, and long-term financial decisions.
A SMALL-ROOM WORKING RETREAT
Four ways the program moved ideas into practice.
The program combined financial context, business workshops, guided implementation, and direct access to peers and mentors.
01
Build a durable business
Workshops addressed sustainable income, simpler revenue streams, and values-aligned decisions without asking creators to sell out their communities.
02
Navigate the money landscape
Mentors covered markets, investing, taxes, net worth, and the reasons behind financial decisions in uncertain conditions.
03
Sharpen the work
The Writer’s Room, real-time coaching, content collaboration, and Plutus Voices gave participants structured ways to develop and test their ideas.
04
Form working relationships
A small cohort, mastermind groups, shared meals, mentor conversations, and post-retreat accountability made room for specific help and continued collaboration.
Hosts, mentors, and speakers.
The program combined business and financial mentors, Plutus Voices presenters, and Plutus Awards hosts.
